Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Orders will be produced and shipped within 1-3 business days of order. Expect 1-2 weeks to arrive based on location.

Do you offer international shipping? 

International Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout with a variety of services to choose from for shipping your prints. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy. We are unable to process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim.

What is your return policy? 

Original Art:All original art sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Echange & Return Policy: All Art Print sales are final. I are not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are "made to order".

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen frames and/or framed artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.

Seconds Sale or any other sale: All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I, Miranda Morehouse retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
